Conformance status

This site conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. "Conforms" means it meets the standard’s Level A and AA success criteria and that we know of no exceptions today.

How we assessed it

A self-assessment, not a third-party audit. If a third-party audit ever happens, we will update this page.

  • Automated tooling (axe-core on Chrome) on both locale routes, on desktop and mobile.
  • Contrast of every text role measured on rendered pixels, not on the declared colour: 160 roles, minimum 7.7:1.
  • A full keyboard-only pass: order, focus visibility, and no element hidden behind the sticky header.
  • Reflow at 320 px, text spacing, 200% and 400% zoom, and the reduced-motion preference.
  • All three form states (error, send failure, success), the mobile menu, and the error pages.

Known limitations

  • We have not yet tested it with real screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver). It is on the next review: until then this statement rests on automated tooling and manual checks, not on testing with assistive technology.
  • The site’s smooth scrolling does not yet honour the reduced-motion preference. That is a Level AAA criterion, outside the scope of this statement, and we will fix it anyway.
